These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products from it. By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate and up-to-date information, and inform us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our shirts accurately, including fabric, fit, color and measurements. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and photography, and minor variations in handmade finishing are natural. Size charts are provided as a guide; please check them before ordering.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Prices and offers may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we dispatch it and send you a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for stock unavailability, pricing errors, incomplete delivery details or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payments

We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery on eligible pin codes. Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We are not liable for payment failures or delays caused by your bank or the payment gateway. If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 business days.

Coupons and Offers

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated terms, validity and minimum order value. Unless stated otherwise, only one coupon can be used per order, and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw or modify any offer at any time and cancel orders that misuse offers.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery of your order is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Bulk and Wholesale Orders

Orders from retailers, boutiques and resellers are supplied under separate pricing, minimum order quantities and terms confirmed in writing at the time of the order. In case of conflict, those agreed terms prevail over these Terms and Conditions for that order.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Ginco Shirts name and logo, product designs, photographs, text, graphics and videos, is owned by or licensed to Ginco Shirts and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints can be sent to our Grievance Officer, Mr. Piyush. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
